By using Docsmith, you agree to these terms. Docsmith is operated by Bikram, Pune, Maharashtra, India (31nathbikram@gmail.com).

Docsmith is a software-as-a-service tool that generates API documentation from OpenAPI specifications using AI. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

• Free tier: 1 document generation per month at no charge.
• Pro plan: ₹1,599/month — grants 30 days of unlimited generation from payment date.
• Team plan: ₹3,299/month — grants 30 days of unlimited generation for up to 5 users.
• Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. You must purchase again after 30 days.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. By purchasing, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

• Because Docsmith is a digital service with immediate delivery, refunds are not provided once a document has been successfully generated.
• If you were charged but did not receive access (technical failure), contact us within 7 days at 31nathbikram@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund or restore access.
• There is no automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel.

You agree not to upload malicious content, use the service for illegal purposes, resell session access, or abuse the API endpoints.

The documentation generated by Docsmith from your OpenAPI spec is yours. You own the output. Docsmith retains ownership of the platform, code, and templates.

Docsmith is provided "as is." We make no guarantee that generated documentation will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bikram (operator of Docsmith) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
