Digital service — immediate delivery
Docsmith provides a digital service (AI-generated API documentation) that is delivered immediately upon payment. Because the service is rendered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once a document has been successfully generated.
When we will issue a refund
- You were charged but did not receive access due to a technical failure on our side.
- You were charged twice for the same plan due to a payment processing error.
- You contact us within 7 days of the charge with evidence of the issue.
To request a refund, email 31nathbikram@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
Cancellation
Docsmith subscriptions are not auto-renewing. Each payment grants exactly 30 days of access. There is nothing to cancel — access simply expires and you choose whether to renew.
